The soft roof of the administration building in Rogozovka village, Amur Region, had leaks at the seams and on the flashings. After consulting with technical specialists, the restoration was carried out:
The base was treated with 'Bronya AquaBlock Prism' primer.
The first layer of 'Bronya AquaBlock Expert' waterproofing was applied with a roller.
Geotextile was laid.
A final layer of 'Bronya AquaBlock Expert' was applied.
'Bronya AquaBlock Expert' penetrates the base, creates a strong bond with the old coating, and forms a monolithic, seamless protection. When applied to the roof, it forms a single polymer "sandwich" that cannot be separated.
The leaks have been eliminated, and the customer is satisfied with the result.
