      The compound "BRONYA-FIRE PROTECTION" is designed to increase the fire resistance limit of steel structures and industrial and civil buildings from 45 to 120 minutes.


      The fire protection properties of the coating meet the requirements of GOST R 53295-2009.



      Fire retardant paint or Bronya fire protection (R45, R60, R90, R120) is used to qualitatively improve the fire safety of enclosing structures. The ease of application of the protective material eliminates the need for additional installation work. Fire retardant paints are reliable and durable, so fire protection with paint is convenient and appropriate. This is especially important for hard-to-reach places - dismantling is not required for re-fire protection work.

Recommendations on the choice of a protective system, development of special technical conditions, expert approvals, calculation. Specialists of the engineering department advise both on design solutions for the fire safety section, and on the preparation and execution of work - and in some cases, our consultations allowed the customer to significantly reduce fire protection costs.


      Operating principle of Bronya Fire Protection


      When heated, vapors and inert gases are released, which do not support and slow down combustion, a protective replacement of oxygen with gases and vapors is formed. Thus, fire-retardant paints not only block thermal convection at the protected surface, but also significantly reduce and suppress the flame. At the same time, the upper layer of the protected surface thickens, cokes, and acquires the necessary rigidity. The paint contains flame retardants, specialized gas generators, foam layer stabilizers, and heat-resistant substances based on a polymer binder.

          • Bronya_Logo RUS+ENG® curve RGB-Black (1).png difference between air temperature and dew point greater than 3 ºС;
          • Bronya_Logo RUS+ENG® curve RGB-Black (1).png atmospheric precipitation — absent;
          • Bronya_Logo RUS+ENG® curve RGB-Black (1).png atmosphere state — according to GOST 17.2.3.02.

          Joint application of Bronya FireProtection  compound and Bronya series liquid ceramic thermal insulation coatings.

          Fire retardant and thermal insulation coating based on the Bronya Fire Protection compound is a system consisting of a primer from the Bronya series of special coatings, Bronya liquid ceramic thermal insulation coating, "Bronya Fire Protection" fire retardant coating and an additional (protective) layer of Bronya water repellent.

        Combined Structural Fire Protection is used for a qualitative increase in the fire safety of enclosing structures, confirms the possibility of using a combination of our products instead of traditional structural fire protection systems, as well as application on units of objects where there was a task before, but it was not possible..


        Advantages of using the proposed highly effective combined structural fire protection:

        fire.png the thermophysical properties of the coating are not worsened, the calculated thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.001 W/(m⋅°C) is maintained when applying fire-retardant coatings during pre-fire operation.

        fire.png heat-insulating coating of non-flammability (NF) group, which increases the overall fire resistance of combined structural fire protection;

        fire.png the possibility of simple installation of structural fire protection - mechanical or machine application similar to painting work;

        fire.png the possibility of protecting structures of any complex shape;

        fire.png absence of additional load on the supporting structures due to the small thickness and low weight of the coatings.


        Combined structural fire protection consisting of "Bronya-Fire Protection" fire-retardant compound and "Bronya" series liquid ceramic thermal insulation coating: Bronya Classic NF, confirmed by Certificate of Conformity dated 25.05.2023 No. ССБК.RU.ПБ33.H00405, is able to increase the following fire resistance limits of the structure:   

        fire.png Bronya-Fire Protection not less than 1.50 mm + Bronya Classic NF not less than 1.50 mm – R 120.

        fire.png Bronya-Fire Protection not less than 4 mm + Bronya Classic NF not less than 4 mm with an additional reinforcing layer in the form of geotextiles, non-woven fiberglass or fiberglass fabric – R 240.

        - Bronya-Fire Protection, produced according to TU 1523-007-09560516-2014, not less than 1.50 mm + Bronya Classic NF with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.001, non-flammability (NF) class, produced according to TU 2216-006-09560516-2013, not less than 1.50 mm thick – R 120 (reduced metal thickness 5.8 mm).


        - Bronya-Fire Protection, produced according to TU 1523-007-09560516-2014, not less than 4 mm + Bronya Classic NF with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.001, non-flammability (NF) class, produced according to TU 2216-006-09560516-2013, not less than 4 mm with an additional reinforcing layer in the form of geotextiles, non-woven fiberglass, or fiberglass fabric – R 240 (reduced metal thickness 7.2 mm).
