The compound "BRONYA-FIRE PROTECTION" is designed to increase the fire resistance limit of steel structures and industrial and civil buildings from 45 to 120 minutes.
The fire protection properties of the coating meet the requirements of GOST R 53295-2009.
Fire retardant paint or Bronya fire protection (R45, R60, R90, R120) is used to qualitatively improve the fire safety of enclosing structures. The ease of application of the protective material eliminates the need for additional installation work. Fire retardant paints are reliable and durable, so fire protection with paint is convenient and appropriate. This is especially important for hard-to-reach places - dismantling is not required for re-fire protection work.
Dependence of the "BRONYA FIRE PROTECTION" coating thickness (mm) on the required fire resistance limit (R) and the reduced metal thickness (RMT)

Advantages of Bronya fire retardant compound
Favorable market value;
Low consumption with very high fire protection and physical-mechanical characteristics;
When used in conjunction with LCTM, it does not worsen the thermophysical properties of the coating (including competing brands) and allows the system to obtain the non-flammability (NF) group;
Unlike analogues, the "Bronya-Fire Protection" compound is subject to tinting, while the fire resistance of the coating does not worsen; A favorable solution for performing fire protection tasks;
Reduction of labor costs and the cost of work;
The coating (without an additional protective layer) is intended for indoor use for 30 years;
- The quality of the "Bronya-Fire Protection" compound makes it possible to do what until recently was considered impossible in Russia: to protect light metal structures up to the R120 degree.
The compound was specifically designed for use on sports and infrastructure facilities, where, with a large building area, the load on enclosing structures is low, and the reduced thicknesses of the load-bearing metal are small. At the same time, the traditional advantages of "Bronya-Fire Protection" are fully preserved - low costs, ease of application and long service life of the coating.
Fire protection tasks for each object are different. Our specialists help to choose the optimal solution for each object. Recommendations on the choice of a protective system, development of special technical conditions, expert approvals, calculation. Specialists of the engineering department advise both on design solutions for the fire safety section, and on the preparation and execution of work - and in some cases, our consultations allowed the customer to significantly reduce fire protection costs.
Operating principle of Bronya Fire Protection
When heated, vapors and inert gases are released, which do not support and slow down combustion, a protective replacement of oxygen with gases and vapors is formed. Thus, fire-retardant paints not only block thermal convection at the protected surface, but also significantly reduce and suppress the flame. At the same time, the upper layer of the protected surface thickens, cokes, and acquires the necessary rigidity. The paint contains flame retardants, specialized gas generators, foam layer stabilizers, and heat-resistant substances based on a polymer binder.
