Ready-to-use Bronya coat complies with SNiP41-03-2003 “Thermal Insulation” requirements. Main and internal pipelines are most used for Bronya application. Application of the Bronya coat helps reducing heat loss by a factor of 6 to 8 with no protection layer needed thus substituting common thermal insulating materials (glass wool, mineral wool, PU foam pipe covering and etc). It should also be noted that liquid thermal insulation Bronya is highly maintainable.
Thermal insulation Bronya is ideal both for open air (thermal insulation of heat pipelines) and for indoor (pipeline insulation in boiler houses, heat and pump stations and etc.) application. The coat service life is over 10 years with all operational characteristics maintained. Extra-fine thermal insulation Bronya serves not only for heat preservation but also for preventing surfaces of cold water, process and gas pipelines from excessive warming up. Bronya coat is capable of maintaining temperature inside pipelines which require constant low temperature of transferred liquids (liquefied gas) for example in case of freon transportation.
Thermal insulation of equipment and pipelines effectively protects them from adverse impact of ultraviolet radiance, improves corrosion protection and can be tinted as desired by clients. Highly maintainable, the coat helps to minimize loss of insulation during scheduled inspections (repair works) or in case of pipeline leaks.

Pipeline application Insulation of pipelines with high temperatures |
Solved tasks ■ Reduction of surface temperature according to SNiP ■ Considerable reduction of heat loss ■ Possibility to insulate pipelines with temperature of up to +200 °С ■ Long service life |
Pipeline application Insulation of discharge (exhaust) pipes and gas ducts
helps reducing heat loss of flue gases, extends their service life as they are affected by condensate and concentrations of chemically active combustion products. Condensate causes damping of pipe internal surfaces what affects air circulation (draught) and loss of their technical characteristics. Considerable part of chimneys is located within industrial area and therefore complies with SNiP41-03-2003 requirements "Thermal Insulation of Equipment and Pipelines". Issue with thermal insulation of discharge (exhaust) pipelines is in considerable limitation with regard to traditional insulators. In case of for example metal chimney shafts, additional welding is required for brackets and supports attachment.
