The purpose of the primer Concentrate:
Сoncentrate is intended for the preparation of acrylic primers for exterior or interior work. Finished primers are designed for processing absorbent substrates for painting, putty, wallpapering, and plastering. Finished primers are used for processing concrete, brick, cement-sand, plasterboard and other surfaces, building materials.
The composition of the primer:
prepared water, acrylic dispersion, modifying and antiseptic additives.
Properties of finished primers:
· strengthen the surface of the base;
· increase the adhesion of materials to the substrate;
· reduce the absorbency of the base;
· it has a high penetrating ability;
· does not reduce the vapor permeability of the base;
· environmentally friendly;
· The finished primers are designed and recommended for working with liquid ceramic thermal insulation coatings of the "BRONYA" series, improve the adhesion of LCT to the surface, reduce material consumption.
Preparation of the primer:
For self-preparation of primers, primer Bronya Concentrate must be diluted in the following proportions:
Primer Facade - 1 liter of Concentrate: 0.6 liters of water;
Primer Universal - 1 liter of Concentrate : 0.8 liters of water;
Primer Interior - 1 liter of Concentrate : 1 liter of water.
The color of the finished primers can vary from light yellow to light brown.
Surface preparation:
The base must be cleaned of old coatings and detachments. The surface must be dry and clean.
Applying the primer:
Before applying, the finished primer must be mixed. Methods of application - by brush, roller, spray. Drying time is 2 hours at a temperature of +20 °C. Consumption is 100-200 g/m2 when applied in one layer.
Note:
In addition to these instructions, when working with finished primers, you should follow SNiP 3.04.01-87, as well as general instructions for performing construction work. If you doubt the possibility of using finished primers, you should test them yourself or consult with the manufacturer.
Storage and precautions:
Store in a closed container at a temperature of +5 to +30 °C. The storage life is no more than 12 months.
Primer Bronya Concentrate MUST NOT BE FROZEN!
Primer Bronya Concentrate is supplied in containers with a volume of 10 liters.
