The Bronya Light Acoustic composite coating is an innovative material designed for effective sound insulation in construction and finishing work. Unlike the base "Bronya Light" modification, this composition has pronounced acoustic characteristics for maximum absorption of noise and vibrations. It is used on interior and exterior surfaces made of concrete, brick, cement-lime plasters, GKL (gypsum plasterboard), GVL (gypsum-fiber sheet), etc.
The coating is applied in thin layers, up to 1 mm per pass, which not only allows for the effective dampening of noise and vibrations but also levels the surface, preparing it for the final finish. It can also be used as a component of various plasters (textured, decorative, Venetian, etc.).

Operating Principle
The effectiveness of "Bronya Light Acoustic" is based on the combined action of its components:
1. Thermal Insulation: Similar to the "Bronya Light" modification, the coating is based on a developed porous structure. It creates a thermal barrier, minimizing heat loss. The coating works like a "warm putty," eliminating thermal bridges and equalizing the temperature across the entire surface. Low-combustible and completely non-combustible (NF) modifications are available.
2. Sound Insulation: A special polymer base and damping fillers give the coating vibration-damping and sound-insulating properties, similar to those of "Bronya StopNoise" and "Bronya SoundBarrier," but with slightly different sound insulation parameters and operating principles. This allows for a significant reduction in both airborne noise (voices, music) and structural noise (footsteps, equipment operation), as well as vibration.

Key Advantages
• Comprehensive 3-in-1 solution: Saves on materials and labor by replacing two separate products—insulation and soundproofing—and serving as a base for decorative material (or as the final layer itself).
• Lightweight: Has a low density, which creates minimal load on supporting structures and makes it ideal for lightweight partitions.
• Effective noise absorption: Significantly reduces the level of household and street noise, hum, as well as vibrations from engineering equipment.
• High energy savings: Reduces heating costs in winter and air conditioning costs in summer by eliminating heat loss.
• Perfectly smooth surface: Can be used as a finishing putty, creating a smooth, seamless surface ready for painting or applying decorative coatings.
• High adhesion: Has excellent adhesion to most building materials: concrete, brick, plaster, gypsum board.
• Easy application: Easily applied with a spatula and by mechanical means.
Area of Application
"Bronya Light Acoustic" is recommended for sites where the requirements for both thermal and acoustic comfort are equally high:
• Residential Construction: Finishing of inter-apartment and inter-room walls, walls facing noisy streets; thermal and sound insulation of children's rooms, bedrooms, and home theaters.
• Commercial Spaces: Offices, conference rooms, hotels, medical facilities, recording studios, rehearsal rooms.
• Industry: Insulation of equipment housings, ventilation ducts, and pipelines for the simultaneous reduction of heat loss, industrial noise, and vibration, and to ensure non-combustibility.
Coating Application
1. Surface preparation: Clean the surface of dust and dirt, degrease, and apply any high-quality deep-penetration acrylic primer for concrete surfaces.
2. Conditions: Surface temperature during application: from +10°C to +90°C. Air humidity: not higher than 80%.
3. Tools: Spatula, soft brush, plastering machine, airless sprayer (Airless modification).
4. Standard application: Apply in layers up to 1 mm. Inter-layer drying time is 24 hours at temperatures from +10°C.
5. Control and consumption for manual application: Is determined by thermal engineering or vibro-acoustic calculations.
