As we announced earlier, one of the global leaders in the chemical industry from China continues to scale up the application of "Bronya" thermal insulation at new production sites within its holding.
Objective:
We were tasked with the thermal insulation of rotating rotary reactors with an internal temperature of +250°C to +350°C, and a surface temperature of +200°C to +250°C. One of the client's key requirements was the 100% non-combustibility of the final coating and the complete avoidance of using glass wool.
Solution:
Our patented high-temperature system was applied: several alternating layers of "Bronya Classic" with fiberglass mat, plus a 3 mm thick finishing coat of "Bronya Classic NF".
Result:
• The equipment surface temperature was reduced to a safe 50°C, completely eliminating the risk of injury to personnel. Touching the reactor is no longer hazardous.
• The temperature in the production facility was significantly reduced, leading to serious savings on forced ventilation and air conditioning.
• The client's requirement for a 100% non-combustible coating was fully met.
This large-scale cooperation was preceded by years of negotiations. However, the final decision to choose our products was made after "Bronya's" successful participation in the "Made in Russia" exhibition held in China, where the company's management personally discussed the details with our dealer, "Bronya China." We take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the Russian Export Center for organizing our participation in this landmark exhibition.
We continue to promote our Russian, Volgograd-based technologies, solving challenges in energy conservation and occupational safety around the world.
