We continue to share successful case studies of our coatings applied at various facilities. This time, the challenge was to provide long-lasting anti-corrosion protection for gas holders—tanks exposed to constant aggressive environmental factors. To address this, "Bronya Metal Elastic" was chosen, a coating that has a proven track record in protecting metal surfaces.
The application process was simple and technologically efficient, requiring no complex equipment. The tank walls were thoroughly cleaned with wire brushes to remove dirt and traces of old corrosion, followed by surface treatment to ensure maximum adhesion. Finally, "Bronya Metal Elastic" was applied in two layers without dilution, creating a strong and elastic protective barrier. The application was performed using a low-power "Chinese" airless sprayer with a Graco 317 tip.
The project was commissioned by a repeat client who, as always, was completely satisfied with the result and the quality of "Bronya" materials.
