Using Bronya Facade for Thermal Insulation of an Apartment Building Balcony

As cold weather approaches, the issue of thermal insulation becomes particularly pressing, and our advanced materials once again prove their effectiveness. At a recent site, comprehensive balcony insulation work was performed, with the primary goal of creating a comfortable microclimate and reducing heat loss.

To achieve this project, we selected a trusted material: Bronya Facade liquid ceramic thermal insulation. This innovative compound offers high efficiency with a minimal layer thickness, which is especially crucial for preserving valuable space on balconies and loggias.

During the application, key areas prone to major heat loss were treated with Bronya Facade coating: the floor, ceiling, and wall joints.

The results were immediate. Immediately after applying and drying the material, a noticeable increase in warmth was observed. The Bronya Facade coating created a 'thermos' effect, reliably retaining heat inside the space and preventing cold from penetrating from the outside.

Beyond its excellent thermophysical properties, its aesthetic contribution is also worth mentioning. After treatment, the surfaces gained a neat and finished appearance, allowing the material to be used either as a topcoat or as a base for further decorative finishing.
