Facade Insulation of the "Medi" Dental Clinic with "Bronya Facade" in Kirov (photos, video)

Increasing energy efficiency and creating comfortable conditions in medical facilities is a task of paramount importance. Today, our partners "Bronya Kirov" are sharing their experience insulating the facade of one such facility.
Object:
The facade of the "Medi" dental clinic, located on the ground floor of a three-story brick building in Kirov.
Task:
To provide effective thermal insulation for the clinic's facade in order to create a comfortable microclimate for patients and staff, and to reduce operating costs.
Solution:
After consultations and a thermal calculation, the client chose the "Bronya Facade" system. The key argument was that 1 mm of our coating replaces 50 mm of classic mineral wool, which allows for insulating the building without bulky structures.
Work Stages:
The facade surface was prepared and treated with "Bronya Facade" primer.
"Bronya Facade" thermal insulation was applied layer by layer with a standard brush.
Result:
The entire project of insulating the facade, with an area of over 300 m², including preparation and cleanup, took only 4 days! Using a standard brush minimized the cost of consumable materials, making the solution even more cost-effective.
