"Bronya Classic NF" in the Production of Pre-Insulated Containers by BluMetric, Canada

We are sharing the development of a success story in Canada! We recently told you about a practical study on the effectiveness of "Bronya" on shipping containers. Today, we are pleased to show how these successful tests have led to the full-scale implementation of our technology into the production cycle of the leading Canadian engineering company, BluMetric Environmental Inc., for the creation of pre-insulated containers.

Product:
Pre-insulated containers manufactured by BluMetric (Ottawa, Ontario), designed to house equipment and mobile water supply systems, including in harsh climatic conditions.

Task:
To develop a technology for BluMetric's production line that provides the final product (the container) with reliable thermal insulation, condensation protection, and corrosion resistance.

Production Technology:
To create the protective layer inside the containers, our highly effective, non-combustible liquid thermal insulation, "Bronya Classic NF," was chosen. The coating is applied in three 0.5 mm layers using an airless sprayer, forming a durable, single, and seamless inner shell.

Result:
The finished pre-insulated containers from BluMetric now have comprehensive protection. The "Bronya Classic NF" coating ensures a stable internal temperature, prevents condensation formation, and protects the metal from corrosion. This guarantees the reliability and longevity of the equipment housed inside the containers and improves the quality of BluMetric's final product.
