Just 1.5 mm of ultra-thin liquid ceramic thermal insulation "Bronya Classic NF" completely replaced about 90 mm of standard mineral wool on a large outdoor tank. The project in the Czech Republic provided the facility with 100% fire safety, monolithic corrosion protection under insulation (CUI), and safe working conditions for personnel. The vertical storage tank operates as a giant thermos, keeping water heated to 80 °C for heating and hot water supply needs. During outdoor operation, standard mineral wool quickly deteriorated: due to temperature changes, condensation accumulated in it, causing hidden corrosion of the metal and destruction of the casing. In addition, it was necessary to strictly comply with stringent occupational safety and burn protection standards. As an innovative alternative, engineers chose the non‑flammable thermal insulation "Bronya Classic NF". The material was applied by spraying, which made it possible to create an absolutely seamless cocoon just 1.5 mm thick. Not only the walls, but also the most complex technological components were perfectly insulated: flanges, water circuit nozzles, the bottom hatch, and welded seams. All this made it possible to achieve:

Energy savings: 1.5 mm of coating fully replaced 85 mm of traditional mineral wool, stably maintaining a temperature of 80 °C inside the tank throughout the day.

Corrosion protection: The material has extremely high adhesion, bonding firmly to the metal. This blocks moisture access and eliminates condensation formation.

Personnel safety: The external surface temperature of the tank dropped to a safe 40–45 °C, completely preventing the risk of industrial burns.

Fire safety: The NF modification completely eliminates ignition and does not support combustion.
The experience in the Czech Republic and at other facilities of this customer once again proves: "Bronya Classic NF" liquid ceramic thermal insulation is an advanced, reliable, and aesthetically pleasing way to protect industrial heat and power equipment, surpassing classical insulation methods. The material was supplied and applied by the dealer on a turnkey basis.
