"Vostok" is a biochemical plant, a city-forming enterprise of the village of Vostochny in the Kirov region. The work was carried out in the summer of this year. The enterprise is closed-type and located 250 km from Kirov.

In Soviet times, the plant had an important industrial significance as an object of the domestic microbiological industry. Since 2011, the plant has been cooperating with "Kirov Biochemical Plant", one of the chemical enterprises in the region. The tasks of the partnership include the development, implementation and development of the latest biotechnologies at Russian enterprises.

It is necessary to create a barrier, an obstacle to the flow of heat throughout the entire external contour of technological equipment - these are tanks and pipelines. According to the requirements of the technological process, it is necessary to reduce the temperature of the tanks to 5-17 degrees.

The contractor, taking into account the consultations of the dealer and technical specialists of Bronya SPO LLC, successfully completed the work on thermal insulation of the main technological equipment - treated the Bronya Klassik NF heat-insulating compound for tanks and pipelines.

Everything in order:

The material of the treated surface is stainless steel with a smooth surface, therefore, to ensure guaranteed adhesion, the contractor, on the recommendation of technical specialists of Bronya SPO LLC, used adhesion primer VL-02. And then, according to the technology, in several layers, with mandatory interlayer listening, Bronya Klassik NF ultra-thin thermal insulation was applied, and in the first layer, a reinforcing mesh was embedded. Application was carried out with a regular paint brush. The total application thickness was 2.0 mm.
