Bronya Antirust NF and Bronya Classic NF + High-temperature scheme, at a chemical plant in China (Photos, videos – Chinese language, Russian subtitles)

Dear partners! The new year has just begun, and Bronya is already setting trends! Bronya China is once again demonstrating impressive results, and we are eager to share with you a photo and video report of the successful application of our advanced technologies at one of the world's leading chemical enterprises (the company name is not disclosed at the request of Bronya China). Within the framework of the project, thermal insulation solutions were implemented on two types of surfaces:

1. Reactors and boilers with a working temperature of 120°C: To ensure maximum protection against corrosion and heat loss, a multi-layer system was applied: 1.5 mm BronyaAntirust NF and a finishing layer of 2 mm Bronya Classic NF.

2. High-temperature reactors with an internal temperature of 320°C and 220°C on the surface: For effective containment of extreme temperatures, a patented Bronya high-temperature scheme was used: 1 mm Bronya Classic, reinforced with canvas and mesh, as well as a finishing layer of 2 mm Bronya Classic NF.

The results are impressive: The temperature on both surfaces has been reduced to a safe 45°C, The efficiency of the heating elements has been significantly increased, The risk of staff injuries has been seriously reduced, The temperature in the production room has been substantially reduced, which has led to significant savings in electricity for air conditioning. And, of course, the most important requirement of the client - total non-combustibility.

The client of our partners from China - one of the world leaders in the chemical industry - uses Bronya solutions to optimize the production process of saturating acrylic resins. Participation in similar enterprises with such tasks once again confirms the high efficiency, reliability, and technological advancement of our coatings at the highest global level.
