We present an example of the successful application of ultra-thin thermal insulation Bronya Classic at one of the factories in Tolyatti, Samara Region, specializing in the production of automotive parts. The task was to reduce the temperature of the hot press mold to a safe level to prevent burns to personnel, reduce heat loss, and reduce energy costs for cooling the room in the summer season.
Before applying the thermal insulation, the surface of the press mold was thoroughly cleaned and degreased to ensure maximum adhesion. Bronya Classic was applied in six layers with mandatory interlayer drying of each layer for complete curing of the material. Colorant was added to the last layers. As a result of using Bronya Classic, the surface temperature of the press mold was reduced to values not exceeding 45 degrees, eliminating the risk of burns to employees and ensuring energy savings. The use of Bronya Classic is an effective and cost-effective solution for improving occupational safety and optimizing production processes. If earlier the temperature of the press was such that a drop of moisture that fell on the press would immediately evaporate, now the temperature of the press surface does not cause even discomfort with prolonged contact.
