Good day, dear friends and partners!
We want to tell you about our long-standing partner – a large chemical plant in Hunan Province. At the request of the customer, the name of the plant will not be disclosed, but its reputation and name are well known to specialists both in Russia and around the world. Today's post is dedicated to the thermal insulation of a "rotating furnace" (from the Chinese translation), which is actually a rotary reactor, the temperature inside which varies from +350 to +500 °C, and on the surface – from +180 to +280 °C. Given the rotation and the need for thin thermal insulation, 3 out of our 17 patents were used at once. The Bronya Classic modification was used with three layers of fiberglass and a finishing layer of 2 mm thick (the seemingly not perfectly even application in the photos and videos is due to the technology - these are essentially "painted" Bronya Classic with several alternations of fiberglass).
The thermal insulation made it possible to reduce previous energy consumption for heating, as well as the risk of injury to personnel, reduce the temperature in the room and, as a result, reduce the cost of ventilation and air conditioning. This unit, as a plant of this large holding company, produces such rotary reactors both for the holding's own needs and for sale, planning to manufacture 15,000 of the same "furnaces" (!!!) within 3 years. We also announce and show a little bit, since the dealer has already started the next project at this plant: thermal insulation of fire water tanks using Bronya Classic NF and a preliminary application of Bronya Anticor NF.
Despite the heights already achieved, we repeat: it's all just beginning!
