Preserving architectural heritage while creating comfortable conditions within it is one of the most responsible tasks. Today, we are sharing the experience of applying our technology, from our "Bronya Samara" representative office, at a landmark site for the city of Tolyatti.
Object:
The Church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God in Tolyatti—one of the city's most important spiritual centers, built in 1985 on the site of an old prayer house.
Task:
To provide effective thermal insulation for specific sections of the facade, while completely preserving the complex decorative elements and without altering the historical appearance of the building.
Solution:
The non-combustible liquid thermal insulation "Bronya Facade NF" was chosen. Its effectiveness, non-combustibility, environmental friendliness, plasticity, and ability to be applied in a smooth layer allow for work on surfaces of any configuration, replicating all architectural details.
Work Stages:
4 layers of the coating, 0.5 mm each, were applied by mechanical means to the facade sections requiring insulation.
After the thermal insulation layer dried, a special acrylic paint, precisely matched to the historical color of the facade, was applied on top.
Result:
The "Bronya Facade NF" coating not only effectively insulated the church walls but also allowed for a careful renewal of their appearance, preserving all decorative elements. The work was carried out with respect for the significance and beauty of this important site.
