Dear colleagues, we are pleased to present to you a significant project in the Moscow Region – a modern bath complex located on the territory of the well-known Malevich Park. The park is situated in Barvikha, a settlement in the Odintsovo urban district of the Moscow Region, not far from the Rublyovo-Uspenskoye highway. Malevich Park is a popular recreation area with developed infrastructure, offering various opportunities for active leisure and relaxation in nature. The Malevich Baths, being part of this complex, are distinguished by a high level of comfort and modern solutions.
The 'Bronya Facade NF' coating at this facility effectively eliminated cold bridges on metal supports and provided the necessary level of thermal protection without increasing the thickness of the structure.
The coating was applied with a Graco Mark V airless spraying unit with a 531 nozzle in a layer thickness of 1.5 to 2 mm.
It is important to note that 'Bronya Facade NF' has the 'Leaf of Life' eco-label, confirming its safety and the absence of harmful substances even in contact with fire. Thanks to its non-combustibility (NF), the coating also prevents the spread of fire.
This project has become another vivid example of how 'Bronya' solutions make it possible to achieve the required thermal resistance, ensure the reliability of the structure, increase its service life, and improve fire safety without a significant increase in the overall thermal insulation layer thickness.
