Thermal Insulation of Heating Units in Two Buildings with 'Bronya Classic NF', Blagoveshchensk (Photos, Video)
In Blagoveshchensk, another stage of successful cooperation with the 'MegaService' management company has been completed to improve the efficiency of heating units using 'Bronya' coatings. This time, our solutions were implemented in two apartment buildings at once, which made it possible to optimize the operation of a total of four heating units, demonstrating a high level of trust in the products and the proven effectiveness of our technologies. A report on the thermal insulation of the two previous heating units was published by us earlier.
As in previous cases, the main goal of the thermal insulation was to increase the efficiency of heating systems, reduce heat energy losses, and, as a result, reduce operating costs.
To achieve the set goals, 'Bronya Classic NF' liquid ceramic thermal insulating coating was used. The application technology remained standardized and reliable: layer-by-layer application of the material with a thickness of 0.5 mm per layer and mandatory interlayer drying for 24 hours, ensuring a total coating thickness of 2 mm.
Results of heating unit optimization:
Significant reduction in heat loss: The use of 'Bronya Classic NF' ensured a significant reduction in heat energy losses in all four heating units. This leads to more efficient use of thermal energy and, as a result, a potential reduction in heating costs.
Increased operational safety: The 'Bronya Classic NF' coating made it possible to reduce the surface temperature of the pipes, which increases the safety of heating unit maintenance and prevents the risk of burns upon accidental contact. Even with a coolant temperature of about 75°C, the surface of the pipes remains safe to touch.
