At one industrial enterprise in Lipetsk, the task of thermal insulation of high-temperature equipment was successfully solved three years ago. And not long ago, our client shared with us an excellent review, showing the condition of the facilities three years after the work was completed!
To remind you, initially the enterprise needed reliable insulation of industrial tanks and reservoirs. The operating temperature on the surface of this equipment reached 90 °C. To solve this task, as well as to comply with fire safety requirements, our ultra-thin non-flammable thermal insulation "Bronya Classic NF" was used. After agreement with the customer, the coating was applied in a technological layer just 1.5–2 mm thick. This proved sufficient to achieve impressive results: the surface temperature of the tanks dropped from the initial 90 °C to a safe and comfortable 46–47 °C.
After three years of continuous operation, the client sent us a video from the site as a review of the work done. The footage clearly shows that the coating has retained its integrity and continues to effectively perform the thermal insulation functions of the industrial equipment.
