We are presenting a report from another site in the Moscow region where our coating helped solve several problems at once. Initially, the owner of the country cottage planned to simply update the facade, as the old paint had cracked over time, started to peel, and had generally lost its appearance.
However, after learning about "Bronya" products, the client made a more forward-thinking decision. They realized that for approximately the same cost as a high-quality paint job, they could get not only a refreshed look but also full thermal insulation for the house. Furthermore, the fire safety of the coating was important to the client, and the NF (Non-flammable) combustibility class fully met this requirement. This choice is a true investment in future comfort and safety, which will significantly reduce heating costs in winter and air conditioning costs in summer.
The "Bronya Facade NF" coating was applied efficiently and quickly using a Graco Mark V airless sprayer. The total thickness of the coating was 2 mm, applied in four layers, including the primer coat. This allowed the work to be completed in a short time and resulted in a perfectly even, monolithic layer. Initially, the plan was to tint the final coat to a pistachio color, like the old paint, but the client liked the base white color of "Bronya" so much that they decided to keep it!
The result is a durable, aesthetic, non-combustible, and thermally insulating coating that has given the house a fresh and stylish look. The client was completely satisfied with their choice and the final result!
