We are presenting a report on a loggia insulation project in the city of Kirov. This case clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of ultra-thin thermal insulation in conditions where traditional insulators are inadequate and consume valuable space.
Initially, the loggia was insulated with standard materials; however, this did not solve the problem: the walls continued to freeze, get covered in condensation, and, as a result, grow mold.
The decision was made to completely remove the old, ineffective insulation. After the surfaces were thoroughly cleaned of mold, the walls were treated with "Grunt Bronya Universal" primer. Then, "Bronya Classic" thermal insulation was applied in layers of 0.5 mm each, with a 24-hour drying time between layers. Considering the region's harsh northern climate (winter temperatures down to -36°C), the total coating thickness was built up to 2.5 mm. To finish, a final decorative layer was applied.
As a result, the loggia was completely transformed: the problem of freezing and mold has been solved, and the walls have become warm. The client was very satisfied with the result and is now recommending us to their neighbors!
