Application of "Bronya Classic NF" and "Bronya AquaBlock Prism" on the Roof and Polycarbonate Tunnel of the Sugar Factory in Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovakia (photos and video)

We are presenting a report on the thermal insulation work carried out at a sugar factory in the city of Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovakia. To protect the factory roof from solar heat gain as well as from potential fire, the "Bronya Classic NF" material was used on the entire roof surface. A combination of materials was applied to the surface of the polycarbonate tunnel: first, "Bronya AquaBlock Prism" was applied as the initial layer, after which, while the surface was still wet, it was reinforced with mesh joint tape. After drying, "Bronya Classic NF" was applied in three layers for a total thickness of 1.5 mm. The materials were applied using a Graco Mark V airless sprayer.
The liquid thermal insulation "Bronya Classic NF", in combination with "Bronya AquaBlock Prism", provided reliable protection for the roof and tunnel from moisture and heat loss, and also improved their thermal insulation properties.
This project is another example of the successful application of our materials on industrial facilities as well as on structures made of composite materials. Furthermore, the application of the materials on polycarbonate structures confirmed their versatility and adaptability to various surfaces. Thanks to the use of "Bronya AquaBlock Prism" and the mesh joint tape, it was possible to provide additional protection against leaks and damage. Applying the materials with a Graco Mark V airless sprayer made it possible to achieve a uniform and high-quality coating, which is essential for the durability and effectiveness of the thermal insulation. We are pleased that our materials are being used on such large industrial facilities, and this confirms their reliability and high quality. We are proud to contribute to increasing energy efficiency and comfort in the modern world.
We also want to add that Cukrovar (the Sugar Factory) is not the first plant of this major holding whose owner has already used our materials on other industrial sites. After our material proved itself excellently, the client, on their own initiative and not as a result of a dealer's sales efforts, approached the Bronya company again for a new project.
