Roof Repair with "Bronya AquaBlock Expert" and "Bronya AquaBlock Prism"

We are presenting a report on the repair of a complex roof on a large unit, with an area of over 1000 m², in the city of Blagoveshchensk. The original covering, made of profiled sheeting, polystyrene, and three layers of rolled material, had buckled over time and developed numerous leaks.

Two solutions to the problem were considered: the first was the complete dismantling of the old covering, and the second was a repair over the existing base using the "Bronya" system, which is just as effective and durable. Calculations showed that the second option would also reduce the budget by 2.5 times, so the choice was obvious.

The following work was performed:
— The old covering was leveled, and all seams were sealed using "Bronya AquaBlock Expert" and geotextile.
— The base was treated with "Bronya AquaBlock Prism" primer to improve adhesion.
— The first layer of "Bronya AquaBlock Expert" waterproofing was applied, with reinforcing geotextile embedded into it.
— A finishing layer of "Bronya AquaBlock Expert" was applied.

The "Bronya AquaBlock" system allowed for the creation of a monolithic, elastic membrane on the surface. It bonds firmly to the old base, covering all cracks and joints, and forms a single, seamless coating that completely eliminates leaks.

As a result, the client received reliable roof waterproofing while significantly saving time and money on the repair.
