Bronya on the equipment of a chemical plant in Hunan Province, China

We want to talk about our long-time partner - a large chemical plant in Hunan Province. At the request of the customer, the name of the plant will not be indicated, but its reputation and name are well known to specialists both in Russia and around the world. Today's post is dedicated to the thermal insulation of a "rotating furnace" (from Chinese translation) and in fact a rotary reactor), the temperature inside which varies from +350 to +500 °C, and on the surface - from +180 to +280 °C. Given the rotation and the need for thin thermal insulation, 3 of our 17 patents were applied at once. The Bronya Klassik modification was used with three layers of fiberglass and a finishing layer 2 mm thick (the seemingly not perfectly smooth application in the photo and video is due to the technology - it's basically "painted" Bronya Klassik with several alternations of fiberglass). The thermal insulation made it possible to reduce the previous energy costs for heating, as well as the risk of injury to personnel, reduce the temperature in the room and, as a result, reduce the cost of ventilation and air conditioning. This division, as a factory of this large holding, produces such rotary reactors both for the holding's own needs and for sale, planning to produce 15,000 of the same "furnaces" (!!!) within 3 years. We also announce and show a little, since the dealer has already started the next project at this plant: thermal insulation of fire water tanks using Bronya Klassik NF and preliminary application of Bronya Antirust NF. Despite the heights already reached, we repeat: it's all just beginning!
