Dear friends and colleagues!
This working week ends in our news feed with a report on the work carried out on another cool object, this time from the Amur region.
The problem: the walls of the drying chamber were heated to 80°C. And the strip under the roof, on the contrary, condensed wildly in cool weather.
The customer was faced with a choice: to use mineral wool, which could only be placed between stiffeners with a thickness of 50 mm, or to apply liquid thermal insulation Bronya Classic, based on a thermal calculation, with an application of 1 mm. To solve this problem, the choice was obvious, and for its execution, according to the calculation of technical specialists, the Bronya Classic modification was chosen.
The application was carried out in 2 layers of 0.5 mm each with 24-hour interlayer drying. The total application layer is 1 mm. As a predictable result, the temperature on the walls of the installation is lowered, condensation is eliminated, and heat loss is reduced. The customer is satisfied.
