On May 22, 2026, a technical seminar was held in Macerata, organized jointly with the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscape Designers, and Conservators, as well as the Architecture Foundation.
The main topic of the meeting was the new European regulation CPR 3110/2024 for thermo-acoustic reconstruction of protected buildings. Leading Academy experts spoke before a large audience of specialists:

Dr. Alessio Masini (Passive House consultant) analyzed in detail the requirements of the CPR 3110/2024 regulation for construction products, including Declaration of Performance (DoP), CE marking, and the legal responsibility of designers.

He presented ready‑made coating application schemes for eliminating cold bridges in historic centers, where conventional insulation materials are prohibited due to strict architectural and landscape restrictions.
On May 28, 2026, the baton was taken by Florence. The seminar was held at the Foundation of Surveyors with the support of the College of Surveyors of the Province of Florence.
