IMPORTANT! Two New Tests of "Bronya Classic" and "Bronya Classic NF" at CNII KM "Prometey": Service Life Testing According to Shipbuilding Standards and Resistance to Aggressive Environments (Scan Copies of Reports)

Dear colleagues!
We present two new test protocols conducted at the Central Research Institute of Structural Materials "Prometey" (NRC "Kurchatov Institute"). The research aimed to confirm the resistance of thermal insulation materials "Bronya Classic" and "Bronya Classic NF" to aggressive conditions typical for shipboard interiors and industrial zones.
1. Testing Resistance of "Bronya Classic" and "Bronya Classic NF" to Aggressive Atmospheres per Shipbuilding Standards – Over 5 Years Without Deterioration
Materials were exposed to:
Temperature fluctuations
Variable humidity levels
Salt spray simulation
Chemical exposure to sulfur dioxide
Result:
✔ Service life exceeding 5 years confirmed per shipbuilding standards
2. Chemical Resistance to Cleaning Agents and Petroleum Products Used in Ship Operations
15 cycles of 3% soda ash solution (at 40°C)
7-day exposure to diesel fuel (at 20°C)
Result:
✔ No changes after cleaning agent exposure
✔ Protective properties fully retained after contact with petroleum products
