Training video report:
On July 21 and 22, the latest training for representatives of the VIRC Bronya Group of Companies took place. It covered how to work with the Bronya series of liquid ceramic thermal insulation materials and special coatings.
The first day of the training consisted of a theoretical course of lectures. The main principles of how all modifications of the liquid insulation work were discussed, as well as the Bronya Light thermal insulation putty and a new product—the Bronya Fire Protection fire-retardant composition. The capabilities of the Bronya series of thermal insulation coatings were clearly demonstrated through experiments with a heating plate and a concrete sample, to show the effectiveness of the water-repellent liquids.
The second day of training was held at the test site of the Bronya Engineering and Technical Department (ETD) and consisted of a practical course. On this day, the training participants not only learned by example how to apply the material using airless sprayers but also took a direct part in the process themselves. After the liquid ceramic thermal insulation application course, the Bronya ETD specialists prepared an experiment with the new Bronya FIRE PROTECTION fire-retardant composition. It is worth noting that the Bronya FIRE PROTECTION section on our website will be available soon with a full description, technical characteristics, competitive advantages, and photo and video materials. A layer of Bronya Fire Protection, 2.2 mm thick, was applied to a 5 mm thick piece of cardboard. After that, a gas torch was directed at the coating. Even after 10 minutes of exposure to the open, direct flame, it was still possible to safely touch the cardboard without fear of getting burned.
At the end of the training, all our partners who completed the course received certificates confirming their qualification to work with the Bronya series of liquid thermal insulation coatings.
