In early May, at the invitation of the "Bronya Holland" team, our ambassador, Head of "Bronya Moscow," Rinat Ravilievich Yumakaev, visited Zwijndrecht, Netherlands. The purpose of his visit was to conduct a seminar and presentation on the basics of applying and using "Bronya" coatings.
The "Bronya Holland" team had significantly expanded its staff, creating a need to train several team leaders and a large group of painters at once. It was more economically viable to invite an expert from Russia than to send the entire team to Moscow for training.
Rinat Ravilievich led a theoretical session, discussing the characteristics, benefits, and advantages of "Bronya" products. Most importantly, he taught how to effectively present these advantages to clients.
The practical part included a master class on applying coatings both manually and with an airless spray unit. Recommendations were also provided on equipment setup, common mistakes and how to avoid them, and how to expertly create demonstration samples.
One of the key areas for the distributor in the Netherlands is roofing, fire-retardant materials, utility lines, and solar panels. Therefore, the "Bronya AquaBlock Expert" material generated particular interest, especially in the context of application under and behind solar panels for thermal radiation reflection.
Furthermore, a new unique product was announced: a rubber-based fire-retardant coating that combines waterproofing and fire protection properties and can be used, for instance, over "Bronya AquaBlock Expert" on roofs.
Over several days, the team underwent intensive training, covering theory, practice, and error correction.
"Bronya" actively develops international connections and exports innovative energy-saving technologies to various parts of the world.
