We are presenting a photo report on the application of "Bronya Water Repellent" to prevent the deterioration of the walls and brick fence of a private house in Volgograd. The coverage area was approximately 200 sq.m.
The decision to use "Bronya Water Repellent" was made based on its stone-strengthening properties, as the brick had partially begun to deteriorate and numerous instances of efflorescence had appeared. The surface was pre-cleaned with a non-metallic utility brush. "Bronya Water Repellent" was applied with a brush and roller.
The consumption rate was from 150 to 400 ml per sq.m., as the brickwork was varied and had different absorbency rates. The material was applied in a single coat, and when a second coat was attempted, it was not absorbed, instead beading up and rolling off the surface.
