Friends, we are sharing a report on a successful project using Bronya coatings at a major industrial facility in Slovakia, carried out by our official representative, "Bronya Slovakia."
Object: The roof of the "GOHR, s.r.o." factory workshops—one of the leading manufacturers of heavy steel structures in the region. The company specializes in custom manufacturing projects, utilizing extensive experience and modern technical equipment accumulated since 1999.
Task: To create a reliable and durable waterproofing coating to completely prevent leaks. Simultaneously, it was required to provide effective thermal insulation for the production facilities to protect against solar heat gain. This measure is aimed at significant savings in the electricity consumed for air conditioning.
Solution and Work Stages: A comprehensive approach was applied using two of our materials:
1. "Bronya AquaBlock Expert" was applied as the primer and first waterproofing layer.
2. Reinforcement with geotextile and joint tape was performed to strengthen the structure.
3. The energy-efficient material "Bronya ThermoHydroPlast" was applied in several layers as the final solution.
Result: A single, seamless, and elastic coating was created on the roof, which reliably protects the facility from wear and tear. The coating effectively reflects radiant heat from solar radiation, which provides high-quality thermal insulation for the workshops and allows the company to significantly reduce air conditioning costs.
