Good afternoon, dear friends and partners! Today we will tell about a new interesting project - thermal insulation of the 20-meter-long passenger yacht class "river-sea" using material "Bronya Classic NF". This is not just a boat, but a future premium yacht of 7 meters high and 5.5 meters wide where comfort and safety are paramount. The special feature of the project was the complex geometry of the hold with frequent rigs (every 50 cm!).Manual painting of such areas would be extremely labor-intensive, so "Bronya" was applied by airless spraying. The work was carried out in the cold season, and before starting it was necessary not only to raise the temperature, but also to prevent condensation on the walls and ceiling. Already half a day after the first layer was applied, even with a thickness of only 0.5 mm, the surface became not cold to the touch, and the temperature in the hold became close to room.
To achieve a total thickness of 2 mm, it was only necessary to maintain the air temperature and the base below +15°C, which was possible without intensive heating.
Results:- Significant savings in total weight and volume of ship insulation! - Warm and dry hold even in cold weather! - Savings on heating and increase of efficiency of the next and last layer of insulation! - Certified Non-flammable marine insulation and condensation protection! Increased comfort and safety of painted surfaces, equipment, pipes and communications! - The solution is approved by the Marine and River Registry, tested on many dozens of ships! The customer was completely satisfied - it is he who proposed to include "Bronya Classic NF" in the design documentation (the name of the yacht at his request is not yet disclosed).
"Bronya" is a rational, fuel-free, efficient, environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution for shipbuilding.
