Our official representative in the Amur Region, LLC "BRONYA-AMUR", shared an excellent case of the successful application of the liquid soundproofing coating "Bronya SoundBarrier" for sound insulation of ceilings and partitions at a 340 sq.m. facility.
Before starting the work, the customer was choosing between traditional materials (mineral wool, soundproofing membranes) and our coating. To dispel all doubts, the dealer conducted clear practical tests, measuring the noise level from the source (about 100 dB) inside special test boxes.
Results of the practical comparison:

Ordinary gypsum plasterboard (2 layers of 12.5 mm) reduced the noise level only to 76–82 dB.

Gypsum plasterboard with just 2 mm of Bronya SoundBarrier coating (1 mm between layers and 1 mm on top) ensured noise reduction to 30 dB (final sound level meter readings of 70–75 dB).

A multi-layer structure with roll material (sound insulation with membrane) showed similar acoustic properties but revealed a number of critical disadvantages. This material turned out to be combustible, and its installation on a substructure would have "eaten" 7 to 10 cm of ceiling height, while significantly increasing the overall cost of the estimate and the duration of the work.
The Bronya SoundBarrier material demonstrated its undeniable advantages: it is completely non‑flammable, easily applied as a liquid putty (including with airless spray units). After calculations, it turned out that Bronya sound insulation, together with application, costs SEVERAL TIMES less than alternative solutions.
Having made an unambiguous choice in favor of our material, the contractors began work.

The entire volume was applied in just one week (with interlayer drying of 24 hours).
The customer was completely satisfied with the result. The acoustics in the rooms changed dramatically: noise from upstairs neighbors is now practically inaudible, and the echo in the rooms has disappeared. An additional bonus was the complete absence of odors, both during application and in use.
