We are sharing a report from an industrial site—a wholesale building materials warehouse—where our technology helped solve a complex challenge of normalizing the temperature conditions.
Problem:
The client faced a situation where the installed air conditioning system could not cope with the summer heat. Even running at full power during the peak months (June-July), it could not lower the temperature in the facility, especially under the ceiling, below +30°C. Upgrading the system was not an option, and a complete replacement would have been very expensive.
Solution and Process:
To solve this problem, the non-combustible thermal insulation "Bronya Classic NF" was chosen. The warehouse walls, a combination of metal profiles and siding, were thoroughly prepared: they were manually cleaned and then treated with a sandblaster. After that, 4 layers of the coating were applied at 0.5 mm each (for a total thickness of 2 mm) using an airless sprayer.
Result:
The effect was noticeable immediately after the work was completed. Despite the continued hot weather in August, it was no longer necessary to run the air conditioner at full power to maintain a cool temperature inside.
Thus, the "Bronya" coating not only made it possible to avoid a costly replacement of the air conditioning system but also created conditions for reducing costs for both cooling in the summer and heating in the winter!
