The "Aristocrats" restaurant, located on the ground floor of an apartment building in the city of Cherepovets, faced complaints from residents of the upper floors about noise coming from the restaurant's technical rooms. An effective soundproofing solution was needed to minimize noise transmission and ensure resident comfort.
"Bronya StopNoise" vibroacoustic mastic was chosen to solve the problem. This material is ideal for filling seams, joints, cracks, and creating an elastic vibration-damping layer, effectively reducing vibration and sound wave transmission.
The ceiling of the restaurant's technical room was carefully prepared. To ensure optimal adhesion, the surface was pre-treated with "Bronya Concentrate" primer. This primer, designed for preparing acrylic primers, provides excellent adhesion for subsequent coatings on various bases, including concrete, brick, and cement-sand plasters.
A 1.5 mm layer of "Bronya StopNoise" was applied to the primed surface. This material created an effective barrier to sound propagation. "Bronya StopNoise" has a wide operating temperature range (from -60 to +70 °C), ensuring its durability and reliability.
After the work was completed, the customer, the "Aristocrats" restaurant, was completely satisfied with the result. Feedback was obtained from residents of the upper floors to confirm the effectiveness of the solution. It was found that the noise problem was completely eliminated, and residents no longer experienced discomfort.
The use of "Bronya StopNoise" in combination with "Bronya Concentrate" primer effectively solved the restaurant's soundproofing problem in the apartment building. This case demonstrates the high effectiveness of "Bronya" materials in providing acoustic comfort and solving complex noise insulation problems in residential and commercial premises.
