Our official dealer in the Samara region, LLC StroyService, has shared a report on work completed at a private residence in Tolyatti. The company's specialists executed a "turnkey" thermal insulation project for metal beams—handling everything from material supply to professional application.
The challenge at this private home was to address heat loss in the ceiling and the upper sections of the enclosing structures from the inside. It was also crucial to eliminate freezing in the load-bearing metal beams and prevent condensation forming on all surfaces. Metal structures often act as "thermal bridges," leading to heat loss and increased humidity; therefore, insulating them requires a reliable and effective solution.
To accomplish this task, Bronya Classic ultra-thin thermal insulation was selected. This flagship product of our line is applied like paint but functions as a powerful thermal barrier, making it ideal for treating complex geometric shapes such as floor beams.
The application process was carried out with strict adherence to technology:
-
Surface Preparation: Before starting work, the surface was thoroughly cleaned and degreased to ensure maximum adhesion.
-
Application: The thermal insulation was applied in layers. A total of four layers were applied, each 0.5 mm thick.
-
Drying: To comply with technical standards, the inter-layer drying time was 24 hours for each layer.
The result is a high-quality, seamless coating that reliably protects the structure from freezing and condensation, while preserving usable room space thanks to the material's ultra-thin profile.
We thank LLC StroyService for their professionalism and for providing photos and videos from the site!
