In the previous year, in Russia there was literally a "boom" in the use of Bronya Facade NF in capital repairs - in almost all cities of Russia. Volgograd, among other things, was no exception. Last year there were many interesting, imaginary objects, since they are located at the intersection of the main streets, and all these houses look one way or another.
In this publication, we would like to tell you about one of these houses. This house is the so-called "Stalinka" built in 1951, at the address Krasnopresnenskaya 17, the overhaul of which began not for the state of the house but for the time of operation.
It is not surprising that Bronya Facade and Bronya Facade NF are popular both on panels and on "Khrushchev" so Bronya is light, budget, durable, in any insulation system. In such facilities an additional task was to preserve the original architectural appearance, because Volgograd "Stalinka" are so different, beautiful (few people know, but on Mira Street in the "Stalinists" not a single balcony is repeated) and in the whole city, none looks like each other.
It is important that together with insulation and incombustibility comes the preservation of the original architectural appearance of this house. And also, of course, it is necessary to bring the thermal insulation of the enclosing structures to the required regulatory indicators. Material Bronya Facade NF was examined both at the design stage and after the project was completed, moreover, a survey of residents of the house showed that it really became warmer in it, compared to previous years.
The material was applied using a Graco Mark V airless apparatus in two layers of
0,5 each mm with mandatory interlayer drying 24 hour, to give a more aesthetic appearance. The last layer of the material was sealed with a beautiful peach tint.
The customer and all the residents of the house were very satisfied and no frosts are terrible for them, a pleasant bonus is also the fact that now you can significantly save on heating. Bronya, as always, on the guardians of warmth and comfort and architectural solutions.
