Friends!
We present to you the work of insulating a private garage in order to increase the temperature inside, prevent condensation, and reduce heating costs.
We recommend watching a video with sound (we have already disassembled it into quotes) - in it the author tells interestingly why traditional heaters cannot eliminate condensation and why he chose Bronya, demonstrating the ease of preparing the material, its convenient, easy application by hand.
The owner was faced with the task of finding material, methods, examples. Subsequently, admitting that nothing sensible was found, as a rule, all the information was reduced to primitive methods with the participation of foam, bars and to personal tricks, who uses it all. But these materials did not solve the main problem, the occurrence of condensation, since the outer walls of the garage remain metal and at moments of large temperature differences, in any case, this very condensation will form. Which, in turn, will wet the thermal insulation material inside, whether it be mineral wool, penoplex, etc.
The choice fell on liquid thermal insulation of the Bronya NORD modification, which greatly reduces the heat transfer coefficient, which in turn gives a kind of insulator against cold and dew point.
The application of Bronya NORD material on the inner walls of the garage was carried out in two layers, as you can see in the video, the author, putting his hand to the wall with the first layer using a tactile method, estimates the wall temperature at approximately +5 °C.
Applying his hand to a metal wall with a second layer of Bronya NORD, the author estimates the temperature (by sensations) at about + 10-12 °C. At an outdoor temperature of -2 °C. When heating the garage to + 15-16 °C, no condensation was formed even with a total thickness of about 1-1.5 mm.
An excellent example of a case for insulating thin-walled structures with Bronya winter products.
