GLOBAL  APPLICATION OF BRONYA  ANTICOR NF AND CLASSIC NF AT THE CHEMICAL COMPLEX OF SPAIN, MADRID

We are sharing with you a large photo report on the completed global work on the removal of dilapidated rotten mineral wool and its total replacement with Armor Classic NF and BRONYA Anticor NF.

We have not seen such a global application even among Spaniards who are generous with large-scale projects before. Just think what a huge job has been done.

Exactly:

All ventilation ducts with a temperature of 80-90 degrees on the surface with the application of 1.5-2 mm BRONYA are insulated, as well as air ducts with a temperature of 140-160 degrees on the surface with the application of 2-4mm BRONYA, respectively.

The application to the ducts, which had a round shape and smooth transitions, was carried out without additional devices, and the square and rectangular ones were previously reinforced with a serpentine (mounting grid bent at an angle of 90 degrees) at the corners between the layers.

Also, as you can see, a large number of very hot pipelines and equipment were covered with BRONYA. Both in order to reduce the risk of injury, and to radically reduce the electricity consumed in air conditioning.

As a result, the temperature on the surfaces of the ventilation ducts was reduced from 90 to 30 degrees, and on the ducts - up to 45 degrees. All the goals and objectives set for the project were successfully completed. The customer is very satisfied.
