We are presenting a photo and video report on the comprehensive application of several Bronya Thermal Insulation modifications on the facade of Children's School of Arts No. 4, as part of a major renovation program in Lipetsk.
The thermal insulation work, while preserving the architectural features, was carried out in two stages. In the previous year, 2017, a 1 mm layer of "Bronya Facade" thermal insulation was applied to the building's facade. This year, to consolidate the results, preserve the building's style, and eliminate irregularities and defects on the architectural elements, the thermal insulating putty "Bronya Light" was applied with a layer thickness of 1-3 mm (depending on the depth of the irregularities). This exclusive Bronya modification was necessary, as the facade was subsequently painted with a silicone facade paint.
Additionally, the restored decorative architectural elements were coated with "Bronya Water Repellent," a water-repellent composition with a lotus effect.
