Dear Friends,
We present to you a comprehensive application of our dual-purpose rubber materials – “Bronya Prizm” and “Bronya TermoGidroPlast” – on the roof of a countryside cottage in Hungary. Several tasks were addressed. The primary, initial goal was to waterproof and eliminate leaks from the shingle roof. Additionally, during the summer, the aim was to significantly reduce air conditioning costs by reflecting solar heat radiation, while preserving warmth inside during the colder months to save on heating expenses. This project was completed in early June 2023, which means it has already endured a full year and nearly two summers.
“Bronya Prizm” was applied using rollers, with an additional second layer where necessary – reinforced with mesh and geotextile (for corners, transitions, joints, and repairs). Next, three layers of “Bronya TermoGidroPlast” were applied using the Graco Mark V airless sprayer. The final two layers were tinted according to the stylistic color scheme adopted in the area. As noted by the client, the material has weathered two summer seasons, resulting in significant electricity savings and improved winter warmth. The minor leaks, which were initially a concern for the client, have been resolved.
“Bronya” continues to confidently expand its presence and influence in the international market. Our products are in demand both among industrial clients and private individuals, as evidenced by our news updates.
