We present you a photo report of the work carried out at another of the many water pumping stations of the water utility, using Bronya coatings from our representative office Bronya Spain, the work was also carried out by Bronya Spain, as a contracting company.
A long-term client, the management of a water utility in the city of Madrid, Spain, where Bronya was incorporated in the project at the construction stage of the facility, once again applied our materials, as can be seen in the photo application, both on pipelines and equipment inside the premises, and on external, incoming and outgoing pipelines. Two of our modifications were applied Bronya Antikor NG and Bronya Classic NG. Basically, the surface temperature of the pipelines ranged from 100ºC to 140ºC, after the application of thermal insulation, the indicators dropped, and now the temperature does not rise above 40ºC, which completely prevents the possibility of burns among the maintenance personnel, one of the requirements was the ability to touch the surface of pipes and equipment during operation, without unpleasant consequences, with which a total of 2.5 mm Bronya Antikor NG and Bronya Classic NG coped. The client is very satisfied, heat losses are minimal even in hot Spain. Condensation is completely prevented on cold water pipes.
