During the construction of the new medical equipment plant "GELPIK" in Moscow, it was important to find an alternative to the classic finishing of aerated concrete partitions. This task required taking several factors into account at once: thermal insulation, sound insulation, non-flammability, environmental compliance — and all without reducing the usable floor space. This is why the decision was made to use modern materials that simultaneously act as thermal insulation, waterproofing, soundproofing, plaster, and finishing coating, while also having confirmed non-flammability. A successful solution was the thermal and sound insulating putty "Bronya Lite AirLess NF", applied directly onto the aerated concrete blocks, as well as the polymer waterproofing material Bronya Aquablock Effect NF, which meets environmental safety requirements throughout its entire life cycle and bears the "Leaf of Life" ecolabel. The environmental friendliness of the materials was a fundamental factor for the customer in deciding to use Bronya coatings.

Result: The use of "Bronya Lite AirLess NF" and "Bronya Aquablock Effect NF" made it possible to speed up and reduce the cost of construction without sacrificing quality and safety, while providing a durable and reliable interior finish for the plant.
