"Bronya Anticor NG" and "Bronya Classic NG" in the Overhaul of Water Supply and Heating Pipes at the Rehabilitation Center for SMO Veterans in Blagoveshchensk
12 October 2026
Our official representative in the Amur Region has successfully implemented a pipeline thermal insulation project at the Rehabilitation Center for Special Military Operation Veterans and Their Families in Blagoveshchensk.
The work was carried out as part of a major building overhaul. The primary goals of the project were effective thermal insulation of heating pipes and the elimination of condensation on cold water supply systems.
Initially, traditional mineral wool was specified in the design documentation. However, after consultations with our company's specialists, the project was revised in favor of Bronya ultra-thin insulation. Non-combustible liquid thermal insulation coatings "Bronya Anticor NG" and "Bronya Classic NG" were used at the facility. To significantly reduce heat loss, a layer only 1.5 mm thick was applied to hot water supply and heating pipes.
To reliably eliminate condensation, a 2 mm thick layer was applied to cold water supply pipes.
Application technology and quality control: • Layer-by-layer application: The material was applied in technological layers of 0.5 mm with inter-layer drying of at least 24 hours. • Layer color control: To rule out missed spots when applying white composition over white, specialists applied layer-by-layer tinting. The layers were alternately tinted with a light gray shade, which allowed for visual control of coating uniformity. • Instrumental control: Coating thickness at each stage was strictly monitored with a measuring device.
The use of "Bronya" liquid thermal insulation made it possible to solve heat preservation and condensation control challenges without adding weight to structures or cluttering the ceiling space with utility lines.
