Before applying thermal insulation, the surface was pre-cleaned with metal brushes, then covered with a rust converter, then degreased and covered with a primer and the first layer of thermal insulation Bronya Anticor with a thickness of 0.5 mm, then observing interlayer drying in 24 hours, two more layers of 0.5 mm heat insulation Bronya were applied Classic NF. The total thickness of the insulation was 1.5 mm. By reducing the surface temperature from +97 to +40 °C degrees, and significantly reducing the efficiency for heating fuel oil.
Our partner, Bronya Samara, has been working with this enterprise for several years, constantly increasing the area of thermal insulation of the tank farm instead of outdated and combustible "like traditional" insulation.
It is important - the work was carried out without stopping production and reducing the pace of the industrial carrier.
This is an excellent, yet another example of the successful application of Bronya coatings in bitumen oil tanks.
