Application of "Bronya Facade NF" for the Thermal Insulation of a Municipal Kindergarten in Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai (photos, video)

Dear friends, we are sharing the work done by our distributor on a municipal social facility—the thermal insulation of the building envelope of a kindergarten in Achinsk.

As we can see, this is a panel building. Typically, such buildings—schools, kindergartens, hospitals, clinics, and other cultural and social institutions, libraries, etc.—are "panelkas" from past years. These structures (and many multi-story buildings) were built from various types of standard block rooms manufactured at volumetric housing construction plants. On one hand, they can last for many more years (literally several more decades for sure! They are still a long way from their scheduled major renovation!).

On the other hand, the thermal resistance (R-value) of their walls, to put it mildly, does not meet modern requirements and standards. Therefore, after an analysis based on current energy-saving norms, insulation is necessary, requiring at least 5-7, or even 10 centimeters of a "ventilated" or "wet" facade system.

And here, a number of complications arise. For example, on these social facilities, the insulation and the entire associated system must be exclusively "NF" (Non-flammable)—especially where there are people, or children all day! Not every insulator, or even mineral wool, can provide this, except perhaps the most expensive kind. Second, there are architectural features of such buildings. They literally cannot afford the dimensional changes of even a simple facade modification, in terms of both increased volume and load on the structure.

And of course, ecology—most insulators, especially budget ones, off-gas harmful substances, which is unacceptable not only by eco-standards but their use on such thin-walled social facilities can even be harmful and dangerous.

In short, no matter how you look at it, "Bronya Facade NF" is a panacea for such social facilities, and especially for "panelkas."

Add to this that we recently received the only "Vitality Leaf" eco-certification in Russia for this modification. Now, in addition to non-combustibility, we no longer need to prove that our "Facade NF" coating does not emit poisonous, toxic, or radioactive substances. There is now a separate document for this, which also confirms that the entire production procedure is exceptionally environmentally friendly, both in terms of product composition and our management and internal corporate culture.

Let's just remember how many such facilities there are in Russia, and recall all the initiatives from both the government and such a mega-important and mega-useful institution in our country as Дом.РФ, and we will see positive prospects. The future reality, in which all these "panelkas"—schools, residential buildings, clinics—are insulated with Bronya, is a wonderful one! It is safe, economical, warm, and beautiful. And all this, at the price of regular paint, provides the necessary insulation, the required non-combustibility, and a desired, pleasant appearance.

This project in the city of Achinsk is Municipal Kindergarten No. 33. The work was carried out under a state contract. The "Bronya Facade NF" material, having passed state expert review, was included in the project. The work was performed by the limited liability company "Promzhilstroy," the organization that won the tender. They had not previously worked with Bronya or similar materials. During the preparation and execution of the work, the organization received constant technical support, training materials on equipment operation were sent, and the necessary equipment (a Graco Mark 10) was purchased. The scope of work was about 2500 m², and everything was completed on time. LLC "Promzhilstroy" successfully completed the work, and the project was delivered on schedule. "Bronya Facade NF" was tinted in 4 colors, and the result is very beautiful, warm, and fire-safe.
