Hello, friends! Today we are sharing our experience of comprehensive insulation of a three-room apartment on the first floor in Saratov. The main problem is freezing floors and general heat loss.
To solve the problem, Bronya Classic and Bronya Light Airless materials were chosen.
The application of Bronya materials to the walls was carried out mechanically using a Graco Mark V apparatus, which ensured a uniform and high-quality coating.
Stages of work:
• Thorough surface preparation (dust removal and priming).
• Walls: 4 layers of Bronya Classic (0.5 mm per layer), with a 24-hour interval between layers. (Paper wallpaper is planned to be glued on top).
• Floor: First, 2 layers of Bronya Classic (0.5 mm each) were applied, and then 2 layers of Bronya Light Airless (also 0.5 mm each), providing interlayer drying for 24 hours (Laminate with a felt backing will be laid on top)
After applying all layers of Bronya on the walls and floor, the temperature in the apartment increased from +18° to +23°!
It is important to note that the dealer not only offered the optimal solution but also performed all the application work on a turnkey basis.
The use of Bronya materials is an optimal solution for apartments located above cold basements. A comprehensive approach allowed us to create a comfortable microclimate and coziness.
