b) One of the most important criteria of successful LCTIM application on concrete structures is observance of a required effective coefficient of insulated wall vapor permeability. As the majority of LCTIM available in the market are film forming materials (both by nature and application method), the end-user has to be alert in selecting required LCTIM in order to avoid film formation and therefore structure damping. Wrong choice can result minimum in humidity level increase in molded rooms and maximum in wall damping and structural damage in case due point is moved deeper into a wall.
