Victory over mold and cold — review after 4 years of Bronya Facade operation in Shimanovsk, Amur Region (photo, video)

Therefore, we present to your attention: the application of Bronya Facade in an apartment of a multi-story building as wall insulation and a means of fighting mold after 4 years of operation. The object of the work was an extremely problematic corner of a room. On the outside, there is an unheated neighbor's balcony behind the wall, which caused the surface to remain constantly cold. As a result, the entire wall was completely affected by mold, which created not only aesthetic discomfort but also a health threat. 

To solve the problem, a comprehensive approach was chosen using Bronya Facade ultra-thin thermal insulation. Several years after applying the material (the first use was 4-5 years ago), the apartment owner notes a striking effect: despite the cold balcony behind the wall, the treated surface remains absolutely warm to the touch, while neighboring untreated sections remain ice-cold. Even in hard-to-reach places, such as behind the refrigerator, where the risk of fungus formation is highest, the wall remained clean and warm. 

The experience showed that even partial application of the material (in the first experiment, the client did not have enough of the compound for the entire area) gives a tangible result. Inspired by the success, the apartment owner plans to order an additional volume of material to fully insulate the entire wall to the ceiling and finally get rid of freezing and mold. Bronya products have once again proven their effectiveness in the field of housing and communal services and domestic applications, allowing for thermal insulation and mold protection from inside the premises without reducing the usable floor space.
