In January, a Bronya dealer sent us a photo and video report for the past year 2025. Thanks to our marketing efforts and those of our distributor, as well as "word of mouth," residents of Crimea are increasingly choosing not just to solve problems with heat loss or waterproofing individually, but to use an integrated approach, addressing 2-3 tasks at once. The result of such an application is today's project (the first in a future series).
A client of our Crimean dealer from Sevastopol decided to solve two problems at once using Bronya materials – insulating the building facade with Bronya Facade NG and waterproofing the roof with Bronya AquaBlock Expert.
Negotiations with the homeowner had been ongoing since 2024. The project is a new extension, constructed using frame-monolithic technology with aerated concrete wall infill. Initially, the facade was plastered with a cement-based decorative compound. At the first stage, the dealer's specialists conducted test coatings on the aerated concrete blocks, leaving samples on site for natural monitoring of the material's condition in the Crimean climate.
By the spring of 2025, the customer approved the work plan, and the specialists began implementing the two scopes of work.
Work started in May on the concrete roof base. After standard preparation (cleaning, dust removal) and applying test primer layers, a problem was identified: over the year since the initial inspection, caverns and cracks had appeared on the slab. A decision was made for local repair of the defective areas followed by treatment. Therefore, the second layer after the primer was geotextile, which would eliminate all defects and strengthen the protective coating.
The final three layers were completed with Bronya Expert material. The composition reliably sealed the substrate, creating a seamless waterproofing membrane.
In August 2025, a batch of liquid thermal insulation Bronya Facade NG was delivered to the site. The decorative plaster on mesh had been applied by subcontractors two months before the main team's arrival and had completely dried over the summer period.
The composition was applied using a high-pressure airless sprayer. The thermal insulation was applied in three layers, each 0.5 mm thick, with mandatory interlayer drying for 24 hours. The technology created an effective barrier, retaining heat in winter and maintaining coolness in the summer heat.
The customer highly appreciated the efficiency of the Crimean partners' work. The parties agreed on a further plan: during the summer season, the condition of the treated surfaces and materials was monitored. The next phase of cooperation with the property owner involves continuing the improvement of the adjacent territory and arranging a recreation area.
NPO Bronya Company thanks the Crimean dealer "Bronya" for the high-quality presentation of the materials and the professional approach to implementing integrated solutions at projects.
